Hello Innisfil and friends from further afield! I’m beyond thrilled to share some exciting news from the heart of our beautiful lakeside community. I’m Ashley Montford, the proud new owner of Harbour House Grill, located at the charming 727 Harbour St.
My journey into the world of hospitality and restaurants has been a long-standing passion, enriched further by years spent traveling the world with my wonderful husband Mike and our four energetic children—Scottie, Sansa, Sutton, and Saxon. After taking time to focus on raising our little ones, and exploring diverse cultures and cuisines, we were drawn to the serene beauty of Lake Simcoe and its vibrant community—a perfect backdrop for our new home and venture.
Here at Harbour House Grill, it’s all about connection—connecting flavors, people, and experiences. During our travels, I discovered that nothing brings people together quite like good food. This realization sparked a dream to recreate the magic of those global flavors right here in Innisfil, to blend the local warmth with the exotic tastes from our travels.
I am already buzzing with ideas to breathe new life into our menu, focusing on fresh, aeroponically grown produce from our very own greenhouse. Freshness and innovation will be at the core of what we serve. Plus, I’m committed to keeping the vibrant spirit of live music and entertainment alive and well here.
